Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Package Your Watch

  Place the watch back in its original D1 Milano presentation box, ensuring all manuals and warranty cards are included.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the timepiece, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
